Can you believe it? You have to make these! Thanks for having me @thedrewbarrymoreshow !! INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons ketchup 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar Few dashes of hot sauce 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1 1/2 pounds meatloaf mix Salt and pepper 1 tablespoon neutral oil such as avocado Burger buns, lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles, for serving INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a small saucepan, stir together 1/2 cup ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and hot sauce. Set over medium heat and simmer until thickened slightly and darker red, 3 to 5 minutes. Set the glaze aside. 2. In a large bowl, stir together the remaining 2 tablespoons ketchup, the parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Dijon, thyme, and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Add the meatloaf mix and mix with clean hands just until combined (avoid overmixing). Form into 4 patties slightly larger than your buns, then make a thumbprint in the center of each burger. 3. Heat your grill to medium high heat or heat a cast iron or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on both sides and firm to the touch, about 4 minutes per side. Reduce heat if burgers are burning. Spread some of the glaze on top of the patties. 4. Spread a little of the glaze on the buns, then top with the patties and your desired toppings. #meatloaf #fathersday #drewbarrymoreshow | Everyone’s Grandmother | Everyone’s Grandmother · Original audio
