Acrylic painting on Canvas One of a kind artwork Size : 100 x 150 x 5cm (unframed) / 100 x 150cm (actual image size) Signed on the front Style : Unspecified Subject : People and portraits When I am walking around in the nature, by investigating my path and my creativity, there is suddenly a spark that catches my eyes, that I can reflect to its shapes, texture, and colors. this starts a creative process in me. Then I will search for a female figure with a unique mysterious look, which can be best for me to draw and to paint, so all together can be reflect out of this process. After the digital process I start a process that is more traditional, by using acrylic, ink, graphite, color pencil, aerosol paints, and whatever that is necessary for the final result. Then put an over varnish laqa to protect as necessary. My art is integrating the beauties of the nature with a mysterious femininity that wraps it.

Fran Digital by Luciano Cian | Saatchi Art
ABOUT THE ARTWORK The title Fran refers to a dog I had years ago named Francisco. The dog, a whippet breed, lived with me for many years until it got sick and died. Dogs are faithful and inseparable friends. When my first daughter was born, Francisco was already among us. She lived with him until she grew up. This artwork is a tribute to the kind personality of this animal that brought so much joy to my home at that time. People Painting by Cristina Troufa, Acrylic on Canvas, 39.4 x 59.1 in – Large, Modern Original Artwork For Sale on Saatchi Art.
About The Artwork Cristina Troufa want to consolidate the idea of a self-portrait and/or self-representation but for other hand wants to reflect on a spiritual, emotional, and psychological inner self-portrait, that may be done conceptually. In her recent works, she uses her own image in autobiographical paintings that explore her life and spiritual beliefs. As a form of self-knowledge and self-questioning, her work explores an inner world in a symbolic way, which remains inaccessible to the voyeur that can only guess what each painting represents.
