44K views · 1K reactions | A burger so delicious you don’t even need cheese. Perfect idea for Father’s Day! My Grandson claims these Meatloaf Burgers are now his favorite food over Cotton Candy! Can you believe it? You have to make these! Thanks for having me @thedrewbarrymoreshow !! INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons ketchup 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar Few dashes of hot sauce 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1 1/2 pounds meatloaf mix Salt and pepper 1 tablespoon neutral oil such as avocado Burger buns, lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles, for serving INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a small saucepan, stir together 1/2 cup ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and hot sauce. Set over medium heat and simmer until thickened slightly and darker red, 3 to 5 minutes. Set the glaze aside. 2. In a large bowl, stir together the remaining 2 tablespoons ketchup, the parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Dijon, thyme, and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Add the meatloaf mix and mix with clean hands just until combined (avoid overmixing). Form into 4 patties slightly larger than your buns, then make a thumbprint in the center of each burger. 3. Heat your grill to medium high heat or heat a cast iron or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on both sides and firm to the touch, about 4 minutes per side. Reduce heat if burgers are burning. Spread some of the glaze on top of the patties. 4. Spread a little of the glaze on the buns, then top with the patties and your desired toppings. #meatloaf #fathersday #drewbarrymoreshow | Everyone’s Grandmother | Everyone’s Grandmother · Original audio
