Keep in mind that they’re all shown in 2x speed. 💯The one consistency you’ll notice with all of them is ROTATION – specifically AWAY from the groin that is to be stretched. When you rotate away from that side, you’ll naturally move your pelvis as well. This will induce more relation hip abduction, which is needed to stretch the hip adductors. Another layer we like to add is playing with hip rotation via foot position. You’ll notice that you can rotate your foot out a bit to hit the medial hamstrings as well! 👋Clinicians!
